This was now ready for printing - 130 parishioners had opted in and 8 opted out. Thanks to Una and Jenny for sense checking and proof reading the data.
Office Matters
Jenny is to take over filing tasks, starting with a rationalisation of current files. It is expected once a month should keep the filing up to date. JH
The Ministers of the Eucharist leaflet had been completed and printed for issue at the next training session.
An updated new parishioners form had been produced to capture details of those requiring the newsletter by email.
New registers are required for the recording of births, deaths, marriages etc. AH will
Investigate suppliers. AH

Fr Aidan was to discuss with Michael R improvements to the Future Events page. AM
Jonathan was to discuss participation with David H, Brian H and Tom C
in order to improve the site further e.g. video clips, gallery etc. and arrange a group meeting with interested parties JB
At some time in the future parishioners will be sent a questionnaire on their usage and views of the site. AH
Any Other Business
The new projector was agreed to be a great success, however it would be easier to develop slides if the lap top used the later versions of software. AH to contact Tony Friedlander regarding upgrading all Church PC’s to same version. AH
AH raised an issue with key holders on behalf of Una, and the consideration of a key pad system. A list of key holders should be prepared. AH
