Minutes of Administration Meeting 28th Sept 2010

Parish Directory
It was agreed that this was a priority and needed to be updated. For speed it was decided to issue a standard letter to all parishioners asking them to complete directory information only. Other data could be captured later. AH
UI had requested that preparation for Christmas correspondence get underway. AM was to discuss with Legion of Mary.
Office Matters
AH has been producing leaflets for the Liturgy Group. The Ministers of the Word leaflet was issued and it was agreed to issue this at the next training day (since agreed 27th November). The next leaflet to be produced was for the Ministers of the Eucharist, although AH requested that information be provided in order for it to get underway.
Parish Website
The request for more resource to help with this had not been forthcoming.
Any Other Business
There will be no Christmas Fayre or Concert this year.
